Located in the centre of the island, Tamarind Falls, also known as 7 Cascades, is a breathtaking series of waterfalls.
This half day hike explores the upper part of the series of 11 waterfalls.
We meet at 7 Cascades Lodges, where there is secure parking and proper toilet facilities available.
After a short safety briefing, we start the hike and head down into the gorge to reach the first of 5 waterfalls we will explore during the day.

The trail follows the river through lush forest, with a mix of viewpoints, small climbs, and natural paths. Some sections can be uneven or slippery, especially near the waterfalls, and may require using your hands for balance. There are several opportunities to swim in the pools and even try a couple of cliff jumps for the more daring.
As you move through the forest, expect dramatic viewpoints, cascading water, and a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature at its purest.
The minimum age for this activity is 12 years old. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
